No importer permit needed for up to 12 plants.
You need to have an importer permit for any amount of plants. You can apply for this here.
The processing time depends on the time that is necessary for the preparation of the product. For more details, see individual items.
Monstera Mania doesn’t accept any custom order and will be not able to create a product or plant on demand.
The Phyto certificate will be make in the Netherlands or in Germany linked to the place where the plant was propagated.
Customs and import taxes
Customers are entirely responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Please note: Monstera Mania is an online plant shop. Plants are considered perishable goods this means that special conditions apply
What is the warranty on perishable goods?
Plants are perishable goods, therefore we do not accept returns or refunds. All our plants have undergone a quality control before the shipment. We pack the plants in a professional manner. In the unlikely event that the plants does not arrive in good condition and if this can be directly linked to a mistake on our side or if Monstera Mania sent the wrong product the Customer should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours upon arrival of the plant. Please include a picture which clearly shows the condition of the plant upon arrival and the order number. In case Monstera Mania is at cause, we will offer you a new plant, in case the plant you ordered is out of stock you can choose any other available plant of the same amount.
If the plant shows any signs of health issues, we would like to ask you to contact us as soon as possible. We will give you tips on how to handle the plant.
Monstera Mania can at no point be held responsible for the failure of propagation of a plant or cutting.
Monstera Mania can at no point be held responsible if a variegated plant return to his regular color

In case the plant arrived frozen or suffering from cold and the customer failed to choose a heat pack option the order will not be exchanged or refunded.
In case Monstera Mania validates the product return, the customer must return the plant in his original Monstera Mania packaging and box.
